Startupoly is a hands-on, team-based card game that simulates building and managing a startup through the Business Model Canvas. Across four structured rounds, teams design their model, negotiate in an open market, respond to competitive dynamics, and pitch their venture.
The game is designed for a maximum of four teams (ideally 4–6 members per team), and each team may be assigned up to two different Customer Segments.
